Transparency is a core value at coy99 in everything related to promotions. Every bonus offered comes with terms and conditions written in plain, easy-to-understand language — not confusing legal jargon. We believe that players who clearly understand their bonus terms are happier and more satisfied with their overall experience at coy99. If anything is unclear, our customer support team is available at any time via Live Chat, operating 24 hours a day.

One more important thing to keep in mind: each player is only eligible to claim each type of promotion once, unless stated otherwise. coy99 uses a sophisticated tracking system to ensure all promotion claims are legitimate and fair for every player. Accounts found attempting to abuse the promotion system — such as registering multiple accounts or using false information — will be suspended and balances forfeited. We do this to protect the integrity of our promotions and ensure honest players are always treated fairly.

Coy99 Promotions FAQ

Generally, only one active deposit bonus is allowed at a time. However, daily rebates and VIP cashback are ongoing promotions that can run alongside your deposit bonus. Check the terms of each promotion for more details on bonus compatibility.

Wagering requirement refers to the total amount you need to wager before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 25x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of RM 2,500 in bets (not necessarily losses — this is the cumulative betting amount) before the bonus converts to real cash.

Validity periods vary by bonus type. The welcome bonus is valid for 30 days from activation. The weekly deposit bonus is valid for 7 days. Daily rebates are credited and valid for 3 days. All validity periods are clearly stated in each promotion's terms on this page.

Yes, all coy99 promotions are fully valid for gameplay via the mobile app and mobile web browser. Your account, bonus balance, and wagering requirement progress are synced across all devices. You can start playing on your computer and continue on your phone without any issues.

You can withdraw at any time, but if the wagering requirement has not been met, the bonus balance will be automatically forfeited. Your original deposit amount (excluding bonus) that remains in your account can be withdrawn at any time without restriction. We recommend reading the promotion terms in full before deciding to withdraw.

There are a few possible reasons: your deposit did not meet the required minimum amount, the promotion was not activated before the deposit was made, or your account has another active bonus. If the issue persists, contact coy99's 24/7 customer support via Live Chat and we will assist you within minutes.
